Hana-wa-saku Review Summary

Udon restaurant near Shin Nakano station, with a counter and several tables with a capacity of about 10 people. They are particular about their udon noodles and soup stock, and the flavor of the soup stock is delicious and lingers in the mouth. The noodles are a little thinner than Sanuki udon, and the emphasis is on a sticky texture rather than a firmness. The seasonal menu item, oyster tempura, is filled with large oysters and is very satisfying.

Super tasty udon!

Usually not a fan of udon but this was excellent. The sauce is nice, the noodles are chewy but well cooked, and all the tempura is delicious! Really fast and friendly service as well. Definitely worth a trip to visit!

Unique and tasty udon. The beef one is my favorite by far. The service is fast and staff are very friendly.

If you are looking for lovely comfort food, THIS is the place to go! Everyone working there are so nice and friendly!!!! The udon is phenomenal and I had the Curry Udon noodles, which were so amazing! We left satisfied and grateful for the whole experience!

Great Udon!! Recommend you pay a visit to here. Be aware since its so good that there might be a line. Dont be scared though, it only takes 10 Minutes usually to be seated.
