Kamaage udon is a rare type of Miyazaki udon with a soft and fluffy texture.
The soup stock, made from dried bonito flakes, kelp, and dried shiitake mushrooms, had a strong umami flavor, and there was also a hint of citrus flavor.
There is a wide variety of menu items, and all of them are delicious, but I like Kamaage Udon the best, and when I can't decide, I always end up having Kamaage Udon.
