A high-class Chinese restaurant affiliated with Hotel Okura in Muromachi, Nihonbashi.
I visited this restaurant for the first time for lunch, and it really reminded me of the taste and atmosphere of Toukarin, the Okura main building that I used to frequent before it was rebuilt.
For my meal, I ordered the weekday dim sum course.

All of the dishes were made with high-quality ingredients, carefully prepared, and had an unmistakable Chinese flavor, with a gentle seasoning that everyone would love.
Traditional Chinese cuisine in the best sense of the word.
The interior of the restaurant is gorgeous, the seats are widely spaced, and the atmosphere is calm. The friendly service provided by the veteran staff made us feel comfortable and we enjoyed a comfortable lunch.

I could imagine how delicious the à la carte menu I looked at as a reference, and I would definitely like to try it if I have the chance.

The first time I visited this store was when I purchased a wedding ring.
At that time, I was impressed not only by the taste, but also by the attitude and attentiveness of the waiters who served me, so I decided to come back this time on my wedding anniversary.

This time I ordered the peach course.
I was very satisfied with the carefully prepared dishes from the appetizers to the desserts.
What I was most happy about was that we had the same waiter.
This time we visited with our 0-year-old son, and we were treated to a lot of care and service that reminded us of two years ago.
She also talked to my son, and was concerned about the room temperature when I was holding him in his baby carrier because he got tired during the trip (it gets pretty hot when you're holding him in his arms).It's been a while since we were able to eat out so slowly.

When I talked to the waiter for a while, he told me that he worked at a hotel for decades before working at his current restaurant. He was very attentive, but I didn't feel pressured at all, so I felt that his many years of experience led to this.
I wanted to thank the waiter during the meal, but I missed the opportunity to do so, so I decided to write this review.

The service is for an older age group. Everyone is a professional. I felt comfortable and had a good time with the stable response. The food was delicious and plentiful.
There seem to be many regulars.
