Really unique and delicious burger options! Taste was balanced and good and the portion size was filling. The only downside is that sides (like french fries) seem expensive as optional add-ons, and I personally dislike when burger places don't just put bottles of ketchup at the table so you can use it freely. Instead they gave a single ketchup packet with my fries so I had to ask for 2 extra.

I heard good things about this place and I was not disappointed: at lunch they have great burger choices with some having unusual additional toppings.
After having been there about 5 times, I got the most basic burger, and it's no surprise that it was very tasty too!

I’ll say that Hungry Heaven is a solid burger place.
Does it have the best patty? No.
Is it greasy? Yes.
Would I eat this again? For sure.
If you’re coming to Hungry Heaven, what you’ll get is a tavern burger. It’s greasy, sloppy and just feels dirty in all of the right ways. There’s nothing pretty about a burger here but the bottom line is that with the quality ingredients, it tastes great; They use great lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Combine that with a reasonable price (I paid about 1400 yen), I would definitely come back. Two thumbs up!
Note: The bacon here isn’t really bacon (if you’re American anyways). It’s not a problem specific to Hungry Heaven though—it’s a Japan-wide issue. 😛
