This is a restaurant where you can enjoy meat and sashimi. I ordered a course and it was plentiful. All the dishes were very satisfying. If there had been one or two outstanding items, I might have given it a 5, but I don't get the impression that there were any. You can use it like a private room, so I think it can be used for a variety of purposes.

Visited in February 2023.
We also have beef tongue, sashimori, and meat sushi, making this restaurant recommended for tongue and meat lovers.

At ``Gyutan Moto Sold'', you can eat the rarest part of tongue, sold by weight. You can have the amount you want cut right in front of you, and it will be sold by weight. It was about 100g for 4 thick fillets. (For your reference)
I had it grilled rare on a ceramic plate, but it was chewy, soft, and had a good texture. It was a good tongue.

You can also order it individually, but the ``Assortment of 3 types of grilled meat sushi'' was quick and good. We were able to compare the tastes of Kuroge Wagyu beef inner thigh, Kuroge Wagyu beef shoulder loin, and US beef tongue. You can have it grilled right in front of you.

``Beef tongue sashimi with melty egg yolk yukhoe sauce'' had green onion and mizuna wrapped around the tongue. The seasoning was surprisingly refreshing and I could eat it like a salad.

The ``two types of tuna sashimi'' had good quality meat and were delicious, and the ``beef tendon meat tofu'' and the melty beef tendon and soup were also delicious.

I wanted to try shabu-shabu or sukiyaki, but I ended up getting full after ordering a few.

I was able to chat in a private room without worrying about my surroundings, and the food and drinks I ordered were brought to me right away. I was especially surprised at how quickly the drinks were brought to me as soon as I ordered them.

We also have a wide selection of sake, shochu, and wine, so I think everyone who wants to drink will be satisfied.

Smoking is permitted in all seats, so please be careful if you are sensitive to smoke. Even though I have asthma, I was fine as long as I kept the door to the private room closed.

Located in Yurakucho, Iburi-san specializes in meat and sake. I think there are several stores in the city.

When you open the menu, you'll find sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, beef tongue sashimi, meat sushi... and it's covered in meat!
Of course, there are also fish and vegetables.

Here is what we received:
・Nest-style Caesar salad with soft-boiled egg
・Assortment of 6 types of seared meat sushi
・Beef tongue sashimi with sesame salt sauce
・A5 Japanese black beef sukiyaki
・Two kinds of bluefin tuna assortment
・Fried tea beans

I asked too much for two people, but I almost finished it!
We recommend grilled meat sushi, beef tongue sashimi, and sukiyaki!
I felt that sukiyaki was a little fatty meat, but there were plenty of vegetables, and the grated yam was mixed with the soup stock, so it was delicious until the end.

It's a completely private room, so I didn't have to worry about the time (I'm sorry I stayed too long.) It was also nice to be able to enjoy it.
Next time I want to drink more sake! lol

Thank you for the meal♩
