Wanted to try Ippudo in Japan and was not disappointed. The ramen I had was better and more affordable that at their restaurants in the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia I have been to. The lady who served me was also very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The place itself is a small basic hole in the wall, not a big fancy restaurant like their branches in other countries, how a ramen place should be imo.

Ramen is very tasty. The pork is excellent, dumplings are amazing and the service is fast. Highly recommended for foreigners as there's an English menu and you can order from the table using your phone.
