[Non-smoking 🚭] [Japanese-style toilet 🚟] [Cash only] [Parking 🅿 No] [Counter only] [Large size 100 yen] You can enjoy hand-made udon noodles with Kansai-style soup stock, which is rare in the Kanto region. The udon noodles are hand-cut, and you can enjoy a variety of textures in the same bowl, including thin, thick, Musashino udon, and Himokawa udon. I love this kind of thing. It's nice to be able to tell that it wasn't cut by a machine. The photo shows the cold udon noodles with tanuki and fox mix at Mazari. The shop is run by an elderly owner, so it's best to go early. Thank you for the meal. I will go again.

PS It's a fairly small Japanese-style toilet, so if you're concerned about it, it's best to finish somewhere else before heading out.

I ordered kakiage udon (cold).
The light and gentle soup stock is gentle on stomachs that are feeling tired on a midsummer day.
The noodles are, as rumored, flat noodles. Strong and satisfying texture.
It was a good service that the hot soup stock was served in a bowl. As expected, the warmer the soup, the better.

The price is also reasonable.

I'll bother you again.

I had the shippoku udon. Despite the price of 480 yen to 650 yen, I was surprised at the perfection of the soup stock. This restaurant has nothing to do with thoughtful service or a wide variety of toppings, but the taste of the soup and noodles alone is worth it. It's a small shop with only 6 seats (maybe 7?) at the counter, so be prepared to wait in line.
