Great Mom-pop Izakaya!
They offer tasty Japanese and Chinese Izakaya menu. Also, all foods are homemade. Ordinary Izakaya tend to serve pre-made dishes, but this Izakaya serve fresh made foods. Atmosphere is very home like once you get used to it.
This place is not fancy or clean. But good place to hangout with friend.

Great food and very friendly owners! Completely different experience from the tourist hot spots! You need to be a bit creative for communication with the owner if you are not a native speaker. One of the best Gyoza I have ever eaten.

I checked the lunch menu for “hiyashi chuka” and entered the restaurant. I had seen the sign for some time, but when I finally entered the store, I walked through a narrow building and took the stairs at the end to go up to the second floor. At the staircase hall, an old man who seems to be the owner guides us ``this way''. The number of sections that can be opened is probably limited depending on how crowded the area is.
I ordered "hiyashi chuka", but there were about 10 items on the lunch menu, and everyone ordered by number. The hiyashi chuka is served with sesame sauce as shown in the photo. Those who ordered the "gyoza set meal" also came with a cutlet or something, and the portion was huge.
Although the restaurant is in an inconspicuous location, lunch is popular with groups of nearby workers. It seems like it's a good place to use an izakaya at night as it has basically sunken kotatsu style seating. 🏮
