Delicious food with a warm atmosphere. Never needed to wait too long for a table if at all. We went every day it was open during our trip to Kyoto. If you are not too picky on fish sauce they do really good Kizami with veg only tempura when you ask the lady. The broth was the best I've had and the tempura is delicious too.

My friend and I had a lovely dinner here. We arrived shortly after they opened and didn’t have to wait for a table. Service was warm and welcoming. I had their signature tofu udon, my friend had the same but with tempura which came with a generous portion. After traveling around Japan for 2 weeks, it was personally my favorite udon meal out of many. The broth was a standout on its own.

Freshly made udon loved by locals. Limited seats available. Queue starts forming outside before opening. Will definitely recommend to give this a try!
