It’s a Katsu (pork cutlet) restaurant nearby the Suidobashi station. Its doing business for 70years and the famous Japanese novelists also arrived. The main menu is pricy they has a cheaper lunch menu. The Katsu was crispy and fresh but it was a bit too fatty for me. I like that the rice and soup were free for refill.

An unexpected but really good place for Tonkatsu (pork cutlet) hidden in the basement on the opposite side of Tokyo Dome. Just a few minutes walk from Suidobashi station.
Inside is very nicely decorated, feels authentic and special. I also noticed that most of their customers are the locals.
Their menu was massive and all in Japanese. I know enough to understand and order so I didn't ask if they have English menu.
Service was as expected, efficient and quick. Staffs are always moving about and eager to help.
Food tastes really good. The cutlet is perfectly crispy yet tender and juicy on the inside.
They also give free side dishes of assorted pickles and cabbage salad w/ soy vinegrette.
