I would recommend anyone to go here, even if you do not like fried food.

The chef was terrific and so friendly, he tried his best to communicate with us even though his English was limited.

I did the course with beef cutlet sandwiches. The beef cutlet sandwiches just melt in your mouth.

I was worried when a few food items that I am not fond of came out but it was delicious. Every skewer that came out was great.

I am already planning on going back when I come back to Japan in a few weeks.

Not to mention, the price was great not expensive even though the food quality was great.

That shrimp skewer was my favorite, it was so delicious.

They have four sauces laid out for you and lay out the skewers towards the sauce you should use for it or no sauce.

The service was fantastic and after eating I did not feel heavy or guilty.

It does feel weird to be having kushikatsu in Tokyo, but this restaurant is related to the one in Osaka. This is kushikatsu done right, and only courses are available (if you are looking for a la carte then look elsewhere). I am definitely in awe by the chef's twirling technique to get rid of the excess oil after frying each item.
If you are in Tokyo and in the mood for kushikatsu, make a reservation and pay a visit.

One of my favorite dinners ever in Tokyo. Luxurious dinner of delicious and top quality ingredients prepared to perfection. Everything is expertly batter dipped, coated and fried. Some items are grilled in the back. Just exquisite. Friendly chefs and staff, some limited English is spoken. Not cheap but for this type of quality and experience, definitely worth it.
