``Aburi Pork Belly Bowl'' is a generous portion of pork belly topped with grated sauce and sprinkled with garlic chips and chopped green onions.
Since the pork belly is seared, the extra fat becomes fragrant, and the sauce is just the right amount, mixed with garlic chips and green onions, and served with rice.
The pickles that came with it were pickled vegetables with a sour taste, so when I had them with the gyoza and pork belly bowl, it left my mouth feeling refreshed and I was able to enjoy the dish to the very end.

I wasn't able to visit the shop because it's closed from Monday to Wednesday, but I finally did. Not only were the gyoza delicious, but so was the soup and rice. Two servings of gyoza were also delicious. Next time I would like to try the combination of yakisoba and gyoza.
