Super friendly and fantastic Shio and Shoyu Ramen! Must try. I had only one day in the beautiful city of Hakodate, so i had to eat them both ;) pure and simple pleasure!

This is a dish where you can enjoy the soup stock. It has a very sophisticated taste that has sharpened my taste buds. From the time you order to the cooking stage, the aroma of the soup stock will make you feel happy.

In addition to the soup stock, the various flavors such as the aroma and texture of the noodles and ingredients enter the body one by one with high resolution. You can enjoy a completely different taste if you add green onions and kelp toppings and put it in your mouth.

If you are talking about simple saltiness and umami, you might think it is bland, but I think it is a dish that takes into account the timing of other flavors and aromas, texture, and appearance.

The store is located along Sangyo Road, but if you are driving, please turn left at the road in front of you before entering the store.
The store is hot in the summer because there is no air conditioning. Also, please be careful as there are no toilets.
I ordered chilled Chinese noodles with soy sauce. The clear and light seafood soup is exquisite. The noodles are chewy and go well with the soup and are delicious. The hiyashi chuka was so delicious that I drank the entire soup.
