The warm customer service from the charming landlady is wonderful.

Although the noodles are not hard, they are moderately chewy.
A gentle soup stock.
I've never eaten authentic Sanuki udon, so I don't know much about it, but the soup is golden in color, unlike the black soup in the Kanto region.
Separate condiments include green onions, white sesame seeds, and grated ginger. The ginger was especially good because it tightened the soup.
●Squid tempura (350 yen), sweet chili pepper tempura (200 yen)
The tempura is fried to a crispy texture with fine grains.
The squid is thick and tightly fried.
The refreshing green smell of sweet chili peppers is nice.
The landlady gave us a bonus of ``kitsune nishio'' and a juicy fried chicken.
If you look at the reviews, it seems like this kind of service is sometimes available.

The noodles are a little chewy compared to Sanuki udon, but the soup has a good dashi stock and you can drink as much as you want. All of the tempura are exquisite. At the end, we were served apple tempura, and the food and atmosphere were wonderful. I want to visit again.
