The freshly-made savory udon right in the house, with open kitchen where you can observed their cooking homemade Udon in the kitchen. This place is famous for the Udon with variety of topping and combination between each cuisine, they also having hot and cold option for a bowl of noodle. There plenty of famous dishes, but the Carbonara and Tempura Udon are the signature. Begins with the Carbonara which they cooked perfectly authentic flavor, strong flavor in cheese and cream texture. The Udon with Carbonara it giving almost the similarity to spaghetti but with larger size of noodle, it also carry the creamy with the Udon. The Tempura Udon serving in hot, it's very tasty and rich in flavor. The soup is real umami it mixing very well with the udon. Tempura is delicious, finest quality shrimps and soaking into the soup. The Udon here is a must, it astonishingly good, nice texture it very chewy and tender, Udon is really perfectly made. Menchirachi is recommend to visit for Udon lover, with modernize Udon place with lots of topping to choose.

Came here on a weekday to check out the hype from social media. They have both Japanese and English menus that you can look while waiting. A staff member will come out and take your order so they can bring out your food when you get seated. We got in line around 1:30pm and got seated around 1:50pm. I was surprised by how quick we got seated.
We ordered their carbonara udon and gyūdon to try.
The noodles were al dente, still firm when eating it. It had the cheesy taste of carbonara, and a teaspoon of butter on the side. Some broth at the bottom of the bowl. I believed it was three pieces of smoke meat. The gyūdon was good too, the rice was not mushy and they gave a decent portion of meat.
Seating was wherever was open. Some lucky folks got to seat at the counter and watch the chefs make the bowls of udon.
They take major credit cards as well. Overall, it was okay. I wouldn’t wait for an hour, but give them a try. 👍🏻
