We ordered their carbonara udon and gyūdon to try.
The noodles were al dente, still firm when eating it. It had the cheesy taste of carbonara, and a teaspoon of butter on the side. Some broth at the bottom of the bowl. I believed it was three pieces of smoke meat. The gyūdon was good too, the rice was not mushy and they gave a decent portion of meat.
Seating was wherever was open. Some lucky folks got to seat at the counter and watch the chefs make the bowls of udon.
They take major credit cards as well. Overall, it was okay. I wouldn’t wait for an hour, but give them a try. 👍🏻
