The spring roll, crispy noodles, and fried rice were amazing! The spring roll for me is a must.

Best place to eat Nakasaki Chanpon. Loved the crispi freshly made Gyoza. The place is small and cozy. Old typical Japanaese place. The best thing is the timings for this place, they serve till 10 at night, so its convenient for Nomikai Parties.

It's right next to Takadanobaba Station, so even if you get stuck at a traffic light, you can walk there in just a few minutes.
Although it is on the first basement floor, it is easy to find as there are flags and menu signs outside.
On this day, I had an assortment of Sara Udon (1200 yen) and spring rolls (850 yen)!
The soft noodles were thick with a nice balance of char, and went well with the ingredients, just like the crispy hard noodles.
The noodles are ordered from Nagasaki, so they are exquisite! ! !
The spring rolls are served with a small plate for the sauce, but they are delicious and easy to eat as is.
Both the sara udon and spring rolls were sweetly seasoned, allowing us to enjoy authentic Nagasaki cuisine.
The atmosphere of the store was lively, both in the store and in the kitchen, and I enjoyed chatting with the staff in Nagasaki.

I ordered the Vegetable Stir-Fry Set for 1,200 yen.
This is my first time trying something other than chanpon and sara udon.
The food was served without a long wait.
A set of stir-fried vegetables, 2 x boiled dumplings, soup, pickles, and rice.
The stir-fried vegetables taste exactly like the town Chinese food I had imagined.
The image is that the ingredients in Champon are made by excluding seafood and adding a lot of pork.
The vegetables are crunchy and delicious.
The soup dumplings are very ordinary, but they have a handmade feel to them.
Thank you for the meal.

I visited him for the first time in 6 years.
I ordered Sara Udon with soft noodles. (1,100 yen)
The food was served without too much of a wait.
That's right, this is it.
It makes me feel nostalgic.
The seasoning was a little strong, but it was still as delicious as before.
Soft noodles with a slight burnt ◎
(Hard noodles, soft and hard noodles also available)
The taste changed with Worcestershire sauce and mustard, but it was a complete meal.
Thank you for the meal.
There were several people in charge of the floor and people from the kitchen.
Previously, the lineup was simple, with one grandpa in the kitchen and one grandma on the floor.
Maybe it's just my imagination...
Well, people will change after 6 years, but it might be a bit lonely.
It's natural that the price has gone up, but the amount of noodles has also decreased.
It's a small detail, but the octopus topping has become extremely thinly sliced, and the Satsuma-age has quietly disappeared.
I felt the flow of the times in the small changes.

Nowadays, there are really no places where you can eat traditional Nagasaki champon and sara udon, but miraculously this restaurant remains. This is an important store that I hope will continue to operate forever. Some people don't like sharing their seats, but I think it's a good idea because it reminds us of the Showa era, or rather, the Japanese people's sense of giving in to each other. That's the atmosphere.

Sara udon! That said. Thin noodles? Thick noodles? I am asked. If you answer that you want thick noodles, you will receive an order of ``Yawa Plate''.
The chanpon noodles are boiled and then grilled in a frying pan, giving the noodles a delicious, charred aroma. I'm also happy to have Nagasaki's local kincho sauce.
It is a dish that ordinary people can eat every day, unlike the fake chanpon (just boiled vegetables) from chain stores or Chinese-style dishes made with high-quality ingredients. It's culture.
