The spring roll, crispy noodles, and fried rice were amazing! The spring roll for me is a must.

Best place to eat Nakasaki Chanpon. Loved the crispi freshly made Gyoza. The place is small and cozy. Old typical Japanaese place. The best thing is the timings for this place, they serve till 10 at night, so its convenient for Nomikai Parties.

It's right next to Takadanobaba Station, so even if you get stuck at a traffic light, you can walk there in just a few minutes.
Although it is on the first basement floor, it is easy to find as there are flags and menu signs outside.
On this day, I had an assortment of Sara Udon (1200 yen) and spring rolls (850 yen)!
The soft noodles were thick with a nice balance of char, and went well with the ingredients, just like the crispy hard noodles.
The noodles are ordered from Nagasaki, so they are exquisite! ! !
The spring rolls are served with a small plate for the sauce, but they are delicious and easy to eat as is.
Both the sara udon and spring rolls were sweetly seasoned, allowing us to enjoy authentic Nagasaki cuisine.

This is my first time trying something other than chanpon and sara udon.
The food was served without a long wait.
A set of stir-fried vegetables, 2 x boiled dumplings, soup, pickles, and rice.
The stir-fried vegetables taste exactly like the town Chinese food I had imagined.
The image is that the ingredients in Champon are made by excluding seafood and adding a lot of pork.
The vegetables are crunchy and delicious.
The soup dumplings are very ordinary, but they have a handmade feel to them.

The food was served without too much of a wait.
