A Chinese bar located a few minutes walk from Gyoenmae.
We are also opening a second store in the Italian style and Chinese style.
I made a reservation and visited on a weekday night. Reservations are easy to make, but are required.
There are counter seats in the front and table seats in the back.
The size of the shop is relatively small, but the seats don't feel too cramped.
The menu is written on the blackboard and you can eat whatever you like a la carte.
There are many menu items that sound delicious. It bothers me a lot.
Blue cabbage, drooling chicken, corn tempura, stir-fried pure liver, stir-fried whelk and garlic sprouts in boiling water, ethnic stir-fry shrimp and broccoli, dandan noodles
I ordered.
There was still corn tempura. I was curious to see where the Chinese elements were, so I ordered it, but I couldn't find much of it even after I ate it.
Pure liver stir-fry has very large livers, making it irresistible for liver lovers.
I would have been even happier if it had been hotter. The sauce is also rich and delicious.
The photo is pitch black and what's going on?
The famous tandan noodles have a little bit of sesame seeds.
The noodles were a bit thick and chewy, but I personally would have liked it even if they weren't a bit softer.
Even though I ordered a bottle of Shaoxing wine, it cost about 5,000 yen per person, which is quite reasonable!
We can do it with 4 people and ask for a lot.
