Onuki Description
The highlight of the menu at Onuki is undoubtedly the melt-in-your-mouth tenderness of their beef. Each bite is a heavenly experience, as the succulent meat practically dissolves on your tongue. The combination of the rich, marbled wagyu beef and the slightly sweet marinade creates a perfect harmony of flavors that is truly unforgettable. To complement the meat, Onuki offers an extensive selection of wines, including reds and whites, as well as refreshing cocktails like sours and highballs.
The restaurant itself exudes a sense of tradition and elegance, with its cozy and intimate atmosphere. The box seats, designed for groups of 4 to 6 people, provide a semi-private dining experience, making it an ideal choice for special occasions or business meetings. Whether you're a connoisseur of yakiniku or simply looking to indulge in a memorable dining experience, Onuki is the perfect destination to satisfy your cravings for exceptional Japanese barbecue.

Introducing Mr. Onuki's distinctive menus and his personal favorites.
・Shiitake mushrooms
Grilled whole shiitake mushrooms from Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture. There is a soup made from shiitake mushrooms on top, which you are recommended to drink first. The shiitake mushroom soup is very effective, and you can fully enjoy the sweetness of the shiitake mushrooms. Of course, it has a salty taste, so it's a good accent.
This is a dish I have never had at other restaurants.
·lever
This liver was the most delicious thing I've ever eaten. People who don't like liver say it has no odor and has a mellow taste. It has a flavor that overturns the concept of liver, and is a must-try dish for people who don't like liver.
・Harami
This also has no unpleasant greasy taste, and you can enjoy the feeling of being ``swimming in the sky''.
·lamp
A dish where you can enjoy the natural sweetness and tenderness of the meat.
The taste lingers in your mouth, and you can enjoy the elegant sweetness that is made without using any unnecessary ingredients.
It was a very satisfying dinner.
A store I want to go to again.
Thank you for the meal.
