The best patisserie I've been to in Hokkaido, and in the top 3 in Japan. Rich, bitter coffee that perfectly compliments the delectable pastries. Top class. In a nice and peaceful neighborhood, lots of comfortable seating. I will definitely come back in the winter and warm my bones by the fireplace

This is a beautiful and elegant sweets shop located near the bicycle race track in Hakodate City. This restaurant accepts both takeout and eat-in.

This time, my partner really wanted to go here, so I went with him. A fairly large shop. There were so many types of sweets lined up in the store that I was confused as to what to buy or eat. There are many beautiful and delicious-looking cakes in the showcase near the cashier counter. Unfortunately, I had just had a large parfait at another place that day, so I only visited for takeout this time.

This time I got meringue-style sweets. It's been happening a lot lately. The type of sweet that melts in your mouth, as shown in the photo. What was your name? When I got home and tried it, it was delicious and had a gentle sweetness that wasn't bitter. Apparently this is a popular restaurant among high school girls. I feel like that from the atmosphere.

The eat-in corner also has an elegant atmosphere. Next time, I would like to eat in and relax while having cake and coffee.
