It is a sister restaurant to PENTHOUSE GINZA, a members-only steakhouse that has been in business for 50 years, and is located on the upper floor of the main store.
I ordered the wagyu steak course for 16,500 yen.
It's a certified raw meat restaurant in Chuo Ward, and the wagyu sashimi and wagyu tataki are really delicious.
For the steak, you can choose between 150g sirloin, 120g fillet, and chateaupriand (additional charge), but I chose fillet. This is also delicious.
For wine, I ordered Rindo from Teppan KENZO.

Although it is a high-end restaurant, it also accommodates families with children, and while there are many restaurants with delicious meat, this one is well-cooked and is worth eating.
I really want to become a member of Penthouse main store someday!

It is located about 5 minutes walk from Shinbashi Station, Ginza Exit. There is a sushi restaurant on the 1st floor, and this restaurant is on the 3rd floor. There were about 4 tables, and those who smoked were smoking in front of the counter.

We have this as a course, and each one is something that makes you think, ``Ah, I've come to Penthouse.''

Of course I like the meat, but I also like this salad. It contains grapefruit and has a distinctive refreshing dressing taste.

The meat is crispy on the outside. However, the inside is medium-rare and the meat is packed with flavor.

The fries that come with it are also fluffy and delicious.

I also had abalone that day, and dipping the bread in this soup was bliss.

The staff are also very approachable and make you feel very comfortable. This is my favorite shop that I want to visit regularly.

Basic Japanese DishesKyoto RestaurantsTokyo Restaurants

Teppanyaki and Hibachi are two Japanese cooking styles that involve grilling on a hot iron plate. While often used interchangeably, they have distinct differences. Teppanyaki refers to cooking on a flat griddle, where chefs skillfully prepare dishes like steak, seafood, and vegetables in front of diners. Hibachi, on the other hand, uses a round, open-grate grill heated by charcoal or gas, imparting a smoky flavor to the food. Discover the nuances and theatrical flair of these two captivating Japanese culinary arts.
