Great Japanese cafe! Pumpkin soft cream and cakes are very delicious. Cozy and comfortable after a long walk in the red brick warehouse.

Mr Endo (70) is the founder of the cheese cake in Hakodate. The cheese cake is much more delicious then the other famous brand in Hakodate.
They also have the best pumpkin soft serve. Is a die die must try.
The pudding is the best in Japan too.
They are selling in Taiwan Mitsukoshi also Singapore Takashimaya (for fair only).
The owner Mr Endo wake up at 4am to start make the cake.

Was walking by and saw they had cakes and cheese cake. We ordered 2 cake sets for around 700Yen each which included cake and a drink. Seating inside red brick warehouse building. Nice strawberry short cake. Different flavours of cheesecake. We had the original and the pumpkin. With coffee. Not bad

One of the hidden gem of Hakodate. I ran into this place after walking from the train station and milling around the redbrick stores. Looking for a place to sit and get a cup of coffee, I tried this place.
I ordered a few of different things - fluffy cheesecake, pumpkin soft serve, brewed coffee, and custard cream puff. They are all excellent, the brewed coffee is smooth and not very acidy. I was surprised the pumpkin soft serve taste really good. I was torn between custard cream puff and tiramisu - but the custard cream puff is out of this world. It's closer to custard and cream while it's not too dense. Would go back and get more when I'm in the area.
The owner/chef is around to give out sample of the cheesecake. Very friendly and humble person - and happy to have his photo taken with me.
