it’s a restaurant near to our hotel. we got in coz many people were in. we ordered the grill and roast lunch - chicken and pork.
it comes with salad which was so so. the pumpkin soup was tiny. the taste was average.
the bread is refillable. but u get those from the basket and reheat it yourself. they have different types of bread to choose from. we ordered an assorted dressings for the bread. i think it was good to try.
the chicken was tres bien. tender and juicy. and the meat was easily removed from the bone. the pork was a bit tough. but not dry. pork taste is not outstanding.
we enjoyed the meal so far.

Went there for weekdays lunch. Ordered chicken set which comes with mini salad, soup and all you can eat bread. Soup was very salty and should have exceeded my daily sodium intake. Salad and chicken was good. The chicken is full of flavor.
If you come here for the bread, I’m pretty sure you’ll be disappointed. All the breads offered not only hard and dry. Also lack of favour. I don’t know how it’s classified as one of the 100 most famous restaurants in Tokyo.
No matter it’s organic flour or grinding in house and baked in house. These marketing gimmicks don’t guarantee a good bread.

Came here for the first time for lunch on a weekday during summer. The place was not crowded as it was about 1:30 pm following any rush. I was disappointed. The food was good, not great. What sticks out is the open kitchen which creates a significant amount of noise. The workers seemed less than excited about seating and serving food. This is strange because I did not make any special requests. They brought various breads to our table, as is their menu, but they seemed dry and hard. No, I did not complain. The food was brought out in a timely fashion, and the server explained it with a straight face, no smile, no emotion, just fact. The host, who sat us, had a similar mood, and could be seen crouched in front of a tablet during the entirety of the meal. While the place looks nice, I would not recommend to check it
out. Sadly.

I agree that the portion is small for its price but given the location right in front of Tokyo station, the benefits of convenience and high quality in a spacious setting without a wait justify higher points. I guess this place is less crowded due to higher pricing from Tokyo standards, but really cheap if you compare this with similar experience in other global cities. Also, all you can drink option costs only around JPY 3,300 and it is a good deal :)
