Very popular Korean style BBQ restaurant. Loved the meat, but also loved the jjigae! I've always found the cow tongue with onions a challenge to grill, but the staff here will do it for you!

This was my first experience with Yakiniku. A friend was there to guide else it would have been an adventure, lol. The service is quick and food simple and nice (cannot comment as no baseline to compare). Come with someone experienced.

Ponga is an excellent ‘value’ yakiniku restaurant, located not far from Meguro Station. Honestly, everything we had tasted great and at the end of the meal, we felt the price was right—even for dinner. Also really enjoyed the side dishes and vegetables that came with the meal (which are bottomless btw). Would certainly come back here for a meal. Thumbs up!
