Ramen Katsumoto Description

Ramen Katsumoto is a popular restaurant located in the vibrant neighborhood of Suidobashi in Tokyo. Specializing in authentic ramen and tsukemen, this establishment has gained a reputation for its delicious and flavorful dishes.

What sets Ramen Katsumoto apart from other ramen shops is its dedication to traditional cooking techniques and high-quality ingredients. The broth is simmered for hours to achieve a rich and savory flavor, while the noodles are made in-house to ensure freshness and the perfect texture.

One of the standout menu items at Ramen Katsumoto is their signature ramen, which features a hearty bowl of noodles swimming in a flavorful soy-based broth. Topped with tender slices of chashu pork, bamboo shoots, and a perfectly cooked egg, this dish is a true delight for ramen enthusiasts.

For those who prefer a different experience, the restaurant also offers tsukemen, a style of ramen where the noodles are served separately and dipped into a thick and flavorful broth. This allows diners to savor the noodles and broth separately, creating a unique and satisfying dining experience.

The restaurant's interior is cozy and inviting, with a traditional Japanese decor that adds to the overall ambiance. The friendly and attentive staff are always ready to assist customers in choosing the perfect dish and provide a memorable dining experience.

Whether you're a ramen aficionado or simply looking to enjoy a delicious and satisfying meal, Ramen Katsumoto is a must-visit destination in Tokyo.

This is the best ramen I had while in Tokyo, it was really close to my hotel, so if you’re hungry and staying nearby or you happen to pass by it, please get in, and enjoy some great quality ramen 🥰

Loved it! Char siew rice bowl is must order. Delicious broth though a little oily. Went at 11am and waited around 15 mins on a Saturday. There is no English menu

Peaceful chorus music playing as a savor the delicious 2 pork ramen with 2 sheets of seaweed, a soft boiled egg and onion in a sardine-based broth.

Worth traveling to!
