I've never seen a course meal with full ジビエ before but this place does it.

After craving ジビエ food for a while, I've been interested to try the cuisine in Japan. Saint Faucon is one of the highest rated ジビエ restaurants in Tokyo so I decided to come here.

The course is a 9 course meal where you can choose your own main. I would say that the most impressive dish here are the アライグマパイ (raccoon pie) and ブーダンノワール (Bear's blood sausage). The raccoon has a very interesting texture that I haven't tasted before in other meats. It was also perfectly seasoned and paired perfectly with the pastry. The blood sausage was amazing and almost felt like a dessert rather than game meat.

Despite these two dishes being great, there were a lot of dishes that were quite normal. Given the price at 11000 yen, I felt that some of the dishes could be improved. The experience is unique but I'm not super impressed with the taste.

I was happy with every single dishes.
Even this restaurant serve gibier, I was happy with every meal.
Rabbit appetiser and grilled fish was amazing 😋Peacock mini burger is a bit disappointed because of the buns are not really buns - rice with cheese but overall it was worth visiting. Its quiet and chick atmosphere, I wouldnt think its kids friendly restaurant but more like adult date night high quality restaurant.

Outstanding value. Short course menu was just the right amount, amazing chicken from Tottori, outstanding dessert and apps. Good service. Online reservation capability a bonus.

I came here when the chef had a special menu dedicated to JOJO’s Bizarre Adventure Part 4! The entire menu was what Tonio served Okuyasu and Josuke. Anime tribute aside, this place is cozy and intimate. Good for 2ppl! Thank you Saint Faucon!

A French restaurant specializing in game meat. It's right after getting off the ticket gate of Yoyogi-Uehara Station. Game meat is used in everything from appetizers to small sweets. We received a deer, a bear bear, a moon bear, a peacock, a wild boar, and more. The dishes are very careful and delicate.
A very comfortable shop even if you are alone. The cost performance is also outstanding.
