We were in the mood for ramen but wanted something lighter than tonkotsu, so we decided to search online and found this place. Despite its appearance, the broth was surprisingly black, yet it turned out to be light and flavorful, just what we were looking for! The price was very reasonable as well. We ordered a large ramen with extra green onions, which came to 1100 yen (1000 yen + 100 yen). Next time, I'd love to try their fried rice as it looked amazing. The store had a
clean environment, and the service was highly efficient.

They are effectively involved in the franchising business, selling the seven eleven brand.
The soup looked like black, but the ingredients of the ramen were quite simple, leek, sprouts. The fried rice also looked black one but the amount was small.

One of my local ramen spots that is small (13 or 14 seats) and cozy, that I was surprised to learn was a chain. They seem to specialize in a soy sauce based broth, with stewed pork and plenty of green onions. They also have a killer fried rice, which I actually may prefer over the ramen. They have combo sets of ramen and fried rice, and options for different sizes of each (small ramen with large fried rice, vice versa, or small sizes of both). They have a ticket machine to order with.

I never thought I would say this but there was TOO MUCH meat in my ramen bowl! While most ramen spots go cheap on the meat, Shinpuku Saikan goes too far the other way and I came away feeling greasy. If you like a lot of meat in your ramen then this place is great for you! But for me the balance was off

Hole in the wall place with a ticket machine outside to order, probably 9 out of 10 times you would walk right past it without even giving it a look. Big mistake! Cheap, fast, super delicious shoyu (soy sauce) based ramen. Go for the combo that comes with fried rice. You can thank me later!
