    The meal at Wagyu Small Plate Shinuchi was truly amazing. The quality of the Wagyu beef was very high, each item was carefully prepared, and it was so delicious that it just melted in your mouth. In particular, the balance of the dish was exquisite, and the delicate seasoning brought out the flavor of the Wagyu beef. The staff were friendly and I was able to enjoy my meal in a relaxed atmosphere. When you go to Kagurazaka, this is a restaurant you definitely want to visit again. 5 stars, no doubt!

    This is my first visit.
    There is a long counter, and it feels more like a Japanese restaurant than a meat restaurant.

    The salad dressing is refreshing and good.
    Miyazaki's Kuroge Wagyu beef called Nakamura Beef.
    I'll have the skirt steak.
    The doneness is rare on the inside and perfectly grilled on the outside.
    The red meat tataki is also wonderfully delicious.

    The flavor of the meat comes out well.
    The wine is Domaine Port Mas, which also goes well with meat.

    It won't let you get bored from start to finish, and will definitely fill your stomach, so it's no wonder there are so many repeat customers.

    2023.12.3 I visited for the first time. My wife was interested in this restaurant, but it was often fully booked, so we were able to make a reservation on the same day. There are 13 seats, so there's a good chance you won't be able to get in unless you make a reservation.
    The courses looked good, but I wanted to eat what I liked, so I only reserved seats.
    I don't know if the restaurants in Kagurazaka are like this, but I thought the individual menu items were reasonable. Perhaps because the restaurant's concept is small plates, the portions are often just right and can be eaten in one or two bites. We ordered everything from the appetizer to the end, and we drank quite a bit, so the total cost for the two of us was just over 20,000 yen.
    Since there are a lot of grilled items, you may be concerned about the smoke, so to remove the smell of your clothes, go to Fab or high-brand cleaning. From the recommended menu, I ordered 100 grams of Nakamura beef fillet steak from Miyazaki Prefecture. This is a restaurant where you can get just the right amount for those who want to eat a lot.
