Japanese: Sushi

Sushi Y Description

Located between Azabu and Roppongi, SUSHI Y is a hidden gem with a unique feature - its signboard is adorned with a fish print. This restaurant is the sister establishment of the Michelin-starred SUSHIYASUDA in New York. With only 8 seats at the counter, SUSHI Y offers an intimate and refined dining experience, showcasing the abundant use of ingredients from the Japanese Sea in their omakase course. Please note that the course starts at 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM, with a two-part seating arrangement.

SUSHI Y takes pride in its meticulously crafted dishes and the use of fresh seafood sourced from the Japanese Sea. The restaurant offers two courses: the Lunch Omakase (available only on weekends) and the Dinner Omakase. Both courses allow guests to indulge in a variety of sushi and appetizers made with the finest ingredients. The menu is subject to change based on the availability of ingredients. Starting from January 2024, the Dinner Omakase course will be priced at 19,800 yen (tax included) due to the rising costs of ingredients. Immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere of SUSHI Y's bamboo interior and savor a special dining experience that celebrates the flavors of the Japanese Sea.
