Fresh uni and seafood sushi don. Go early to line up and make sure to get a number (they will give you a number and tell you to come back at a later time). Use the time to look around the outer market. You won’t be disappointed with the food

This place had been on our bucket list when we were planning our itinerary. And thankfully it didn’t disappoint us. Our first uni experience was from this place and man, it’s so fresh and tasty. The umami of it…yum! The fish roes were huge too and the thick slice of tuna. Perfect.
However, to dine in, you have to order 2 bowls for 2 persons. We were actually quite full from eating at the market and was hoping to share a bowl but failed. Ordered unagi bowl but it was such a disappointment. Would come back but definitely not for the unagi.
When we went it was still a queueing system so my husband and I took turns to queue while another went to explore the market.

No need to queue, they give you a ticket that tells you the time to come back giving you more time to wander the markets around it. Good seating and spacious for comfort. Food is also top tier. Medium fatty tuna bowl is must try. If you are adventurous then they have a rice bowl with medium fatty tuna, sea urchin and salmon roe.
