It's one of my favorite shops.
Although it has moved further away, it is the first place I go to when work is off-season. I've been there many times since before the move, and although it has an elegant atmosphere, it's not too difficult to enter, it's comfortable, and I never get tired of the food.
You can feel the love in each bite of the roll that comes out with the appetizer.
It is also a rare restaurant where you can eat your favorite shrimp Shinjo.

I saw it on SNS, made a reservation, and then visited. I feel like this is a restaurant that is loved by the locals. The kitchen seemed to be having a hard time as there was a constant stream of people. There seem to be many types of alcohol, so if you can drink, I think you'll enjoy the food even more.
The atmosphere was great, the owner and his wife were very friendly, and we had a very delicious meal. I would like to ask you sometime.

The inside of the store was very clean and beautiful. There were 6 counter seats, 2 table seats, and a small terrace.
I had heard that it was a popular restaurant, and after eating there I was convinced. Whatever I ate was delicious.
As for the sashimi, the tuna was especially amazing. Tuna is so moist and delicious! That's how I felt.
For the grilled fish, I ordered Neboke. The meat was fluffy, the skin was crispy, and it was perfectly grilled and delicious.
There are mushrooms and fish collected by the owner, and they change every time you go, so it's sure to be something to look forward to.
The smoked duck was very aromatic and went well with the wine.
There's a lot on the menu, so you'll probably want to come back again and again.

Everything was delicious, including root mushrooms and local mushrooms. All of the dishes made me want to come back to Hakodate to try the food here again. I ate 9 course meals, and the prices were reasonable.
