Kodenmacho, Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. This is a so-called stamina-style ramen restaurant that serves Jiro-style noodles with fried vegetables. Opening in March 2021. The nearest station is Kodemmacho Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. There are often lines at lunchtime, but it's worth it. Delicious♪︎ (๑´ڡ`๑)
In early July, when it was extremely hot, I went to this place that I had been wanting to try for a while. As for stamina, I really liked Suzuki's Sutaman Soba in Mitaka (*´ノ∀`*) Around noon, I was the 4th person waiting outside to connect. Perhaps due to good timing, we were seated in about 10 minutes.

Stamina Chinese set 1150 yen
The set comes with rice and raw egg. I asked for the free toppings that were asked at the time of serving: ginger (chopped ginger), abura (flavored back fat), and karame (homemade chili peppers) (o`・∀・´)ノ
The soup has a light soy sauce flavor and is based on chicken, pork, and beef. The noodles are thick curly noodles from Asakusa Kaikaro. Ingredients include stir-fried green onions, onions, Chinese cabbage, loosened pork, chives, etc. Yeah yeah ♪︎ It's full of stamina (o´∀`)o It's also good to dip the noodles in raw egg and have it sukiyaki style (o^-')b! It goes well with rice too ♪︎
The 3-type hybrid is Aomori's Asari ⇒ green onion, chashu, and wok. Arirang ⇒ Onion, char siu, wok. Jiro⇒It seems to be called "3-type hybrid ramen" with noodles and free toppings_〆(゚▽゚*)
I wish it had been made special. Next time I'll try the special spicy stamina Chinese set (1,670 yen) (`・ω・´)ゞ
