I happened to see the shop that freelance announcer Hatori was visiting on a stopover trip😊
I've been checking it out to go someday and here I am today💧

I received the demi homme hamburger (1500 yen)✨
Start grilling the hamburger steak on the iron plate, and while it's cooking, salad, bean sprout namul, and meat soup are served🥗
Salad and namul are normal 🙂
Meat dumplings are delicious, but I don't like green onions so the green onions killed me 😵 This is just my personal opinion, but I think I would enjoy meat dumplings with the main dish ~🫠
I think it tastes better when eaten with rice 🌀

And once the hamburger is cooked, it's show time to make a melty omelet in a small frying pan ✨
From there, the live feeling is amazing 💓
Arrange the rice in the center of the plate, surround it with the demi sauce, then pour the béchamel sauce on top of the rice 💨 Then, put the hamburger steak on top, top it with the melty omelet, and take your seat 😍
He cut the omelet in front of me, and the omelet covered the hamburger and rice~🎵

The hamburger is very delicious 🤤
The meaty minced meat and seasoning are well-seasoned, so it tastes so great that it beats the sauce! The best🙌

Next time I thought I would like to have a hamburger lunch or some other meat 🫡

[Homemade Wagyu beef hamburger (Japanese style) / 1,200 yen] at 2023/10
Sotobori Street in Ginza 7-chome
This is a teppanyaki restaurant located on the second floor of a building facing the alley between Corridor Street. Entered the store at lunch time. The restaurant is rather large, with a large teppanyaki table surrounded by an L-shaped counter and plenty of table seats in front of it. At lunchtime, there are more than 10 different set menus, with some of the cheapest sets costing less than 1,000 yen. I was worried because there were other dishes like okonomiyaki on the menu, but I went ahead and ordered the hamburger set meal. There are Japanese style and demi sauces, but I ordered the Japanese style. For the hamburgers, the patties are assembled right in front of you and then grilled on a large iron plate. Just looking at it makes me hungry. The meat of Japanese-style hamburgers is juicy and delicious. It was topped with plenty of fried chopped onions and green onions, giving it a texture I've never had anywhere else. The accompanying spaghetti is also bright. The staff are also kind and pleasant. Next, I would like to try the okonomiyaki, but according to the staff, it will take a while to prepare, so I would like to visit when I have time. Moreover, the price is 900 yen, which is rare in Ginza.

I found an interesting shop on Instagram so I went there ♪

Visited around 13:30 on Saturday.
It was 30 minutes before the last order, but there was no waiting time and they welcomed me.
The inside of the store is not so large, but it is calm and has a stylish interior that makes you want to come at night.

I ordered the long-awaited demiomu hamburger (1,500 yen).
Shortly after ordering, salad, bean sprout namul, and meat soup came out.
This meat sucking is delicious...!
The taste of the meat was solid and I drank it.

After waiting for about 15 minutes, a beautifully shaped demiomuberg appeared...!
The clerk will break the omelet in front of you.

The burger has a strong flavor and is delicious.
The heat of the eggs is also exquisite, and it was the best to eat with eggs, rice and sauce ♡
The white sauce is also moderately applied, so I was able to eat it until the end without getting tired of it.

I also got a bite of the yakisuki bowl that my friend was eating, and the rice was soaked in flavor, so I thought it was a great value for money for less than 2,000 yen!

Total satisfaction was very high, so I definitely want to go again ~
Thank you for your meal ♡
