It’s been 7 years since last visit. Very popular Sanuki Udon shop in Tokyo, very reasonable! It was worth waiting for 40 mins!!

It was a good quality udon place. Perhaps the best udon restaurant in Kita area.
There are variety of choices, with seasonal options.
I ordered vegetable tempura udon. The soup had a rich umami flavour with ginger topping served separately. Fried vegetables seemed very fresh, and it wasn’t too oily.
I also strongly recommend oden menu as well. Once you bite the oden, you can feel the flavour spreading i your mouth.
The menu is available only in Japanese. It might be a little difficult for foreigners to go.
