The place is located in an old mall, can be rather confusing to find. Do note that it is on the fourth floor, and don’t miss it as it can be rather secluded.
Food was excellent. Love the Loin cutlet, it’s the 1800¥ option. We also ordered the special Rossa loin cutlet. It is 2800¥. The special rossa loin cutlet is of a better cut, but I think for value, the 1800¥ takes the cake. It is served hot, the fats of the loin was delicious when dipped in salt. The rice matches well with the loin!
Miso soup was delicious and served piping hot. Salad has to match their sesame sauce, it was so good. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area and unsure of what to eat!

Tonkatsu fillet from Tonkatsu Akashi 😀
I was surprised by the size of pork chunks without any fat, they were crispy but not oily..
Apparently, they bring most of the ingredients for the store from other prefectures, eg:seaweed salt from Kamagari, Hiroshima prefecture etc…
Throughly enjoyed the original umami and sweetness of pork.. big portions and not for the light hearted 🤣

Top Katsudon. Large size ロースカツ (pork loin cutlet) with large egg yolk and perfect dashi. Chef will cut the cutlet for you, so it’s very easy to eat by chopsticks. No annoying issue when the pork and panko fall off. Although it’s Lunch time on weekday, I only needed to wait for 10-15 mins.
