Got in around 11:30am on a Tuesday and waited about 10 minutes.
Ordered two cuts of pork. The higher loin (上ヒレカツ) was fantastic. Super juicy, tender and flavorful. Crisp was also good but because there is no wire rack underneath, the bottom gets soggy quickly. 5 star
I also ordered the higher rib roast (上リブロス) and I was surprised that this was too fatty for me or at least it was all on one side of the pork and not distributed. This lead to one side just being a bite full of fat and the other side going a little dry in some parts. 4 star

Arrived here right at 11am on a Monday and there was already a line up heading in. Thankfully I got in with the first batch of people so I didn’t have to wait. I ordered 130g of the pork cutlet and they have a lunch deal in which the meal set was only 1000yen! It was a great deal. The pork was very tender and sauces were provided on the side. Staff were very kind and English speaking-friendly. By the time I left, there was a large line-up outside so I would recommend going at opening :)

The tonkatsu served at this restaurant is delicious. You can reserve a table for dinner, but for lunch, it is only for walk-ins. You have the option to order various types of tonkatsu dishes or try the tasting menu. The cabbage is hand-shredded daily and is highly addictive.
