Japanese: Yakitori

Torikado Description

Located in Tokyo's Meguro neighborhood, Torikado is a unique and vibrant restaurant that specializes in yakitori, or grilled chicken skewers. What sets Torikado apart from other dining establishments is its commitment to preserving the traditional techniques of yakitori while also showcasing the skills and creativity of its young chefs.

The restaurant is a branch of the renowned Torishiki main store, and it carries on the legacy of its founder, Master Ikegawa. The chefs at Torikado use the same 'strong fire, close fire' technique that Master Ikegawa has passed down, ensuring that each skewer is cooked to perfection. They also source the highest quality ingredients to bring out the natural flavors of the chicken.

At Torikado, you can expect a dining experience that combines the authenticity of traditional yakitori with the innovation of the next generation of chefs. The menu offers a variety of skewers, each showcasing the unique flavors and textures of different cuts of chicken. From succulent thigh meat to crispy skin, every bite is a delight for the senses.

The restaurant's decor is modern and inviting, with a lively atmosphere that reflects the energy and passion of the chefs. Whether you're a yakitori enthusiast or simply looking for a memorable dining experience in Tokyo, Torikado is a must-visit destination. Immerse yourself in the world of yakitori and savor the expertly grilled skewers that are the pride of this establishment.

[Tori Kado]
Torishiki is open on regular holidays, yakitori you should go to 馃枻

A disciple of the famous Torishiki-sama on a regular holiday.
Torikado-san will grill it for you!
The ingredients used are the same as Toshiki.

The course is 8,800 yen. Unlike Torishiki, there is no stop system.
A complete set of courses is available, and the customer can choose to add on or finish off the meal!

銉籆hicken tacos, guacamole, tomato sauce
銉籛ave ~Neck skin~
路potato salad
銉籝agen cartilage
銉籗hishito pepper
銉籘ori soba
銉籆hicken wings
銉籑aru heart

I passed on the finishing part because I wanted to eat more.

What was especially delicious was
Fleshy plump wrinkles,
Crunchy and crunchy cartilage,
Chicken wings that were grilled over high heat and had the best skin texture鉁
Also, the tori soba had quite a bit of garlic.
It had a punch and was really delicious!
Something that makes you want to eat more 鉂わ笍
Maruhatsu was the best of the day 鈾
Burin Burin Katsu Juicy! It was great 鉁
Summer also means corn馃尳

I want to go again to eat liver and lanterns!

This shop is run by young staff who take advantage of Torishiki's holidays.
I'm looking forward to its future evolution.
