On the way home from the day I ate sushi.
A friend of mine told me there was a restaurant in the area that he was interested in, so I was invited to go to this one.
The first rotation is a course, but from 21:00 you can also order a la carte.
They said they would serve even a small amount of 20g, so even after eating the sushi belly bread, I ended up eating 4 different kinds (lol).
1st dish: truffle tajarin
Plenty of truffles with a rich fermented butter scent.
It's delicious from the moment you put it in your mouth! !
2nd dish: Japanese black beef tripe simmered in white wine
Internal organs such as hachinosu, sweet and long chili pepper, skull and cheese.
3rd dish Yamagata beef meat sauce
The texture of lotus root was an accent.
4th dish Carbonara
Chewy noodles, rich cheese, spicy pepper.

I went to TOSAGE, an Italian restaurant in Roppongi that I had always wanted to try.
It's a bit of a walk, about 10 minutes from Roppongi Station, but it feels like a hidden gem.
Here's a toast.
Before the course, we had a list of the ingredients we would be eating that day laid out. Plenty of fish and vegetables too!
We ordered the most popular course. First up is eel fried with semolina flour from Shizuoka Prefecture.
The fluffy eel is wrapped in a crispy batter and is delicious.
Next was fresh fish carpaccio salad. It looks bright and exciting.
And cold crab and mullet pasta.
You can't go wrong with the combination of crab and mullet. I also like that it is finished cold.
Tosaka rice risotto with abalone and white asparagus. The crunchy texture of the abalone and the small texture of the rice are both pleasant and the creamy sauce is delicious.
The main meat is charcoal-grilled aged Yamagata beef fillet. Beautifully pasteurized to a pink color. Even though it is so thick, it is very soft and has an irresistible flavor.
After the meat, you can eat as many 20g of pasta as you like from a lineup of 10 different types.
The first dish I chose was truffle tajarin.
Served with plenty of summer truffles. I can't get enough of the aromatic truffles.

Pasta is fresh sea urchin cream sauce. Thick pasta with sea urchin and cream.
Next is simple tomato sauce.
This is lamb salsiccia and bitter gourd. The chunks of lamb are full of flavor. The bitterness of bitter gourd is a nice accent and gives it a mature taste.
Trippa Arrabbiata. An unusual dish that pairs pasta with softly stewed tripe.
Amatriciana.
The pasta topped with crispy sweetfish is served with chili peppers.
Yamagata beef simmered in red wine is hearty and filling.
You can't miss this carbonara. The pepper gives it a nice kick, and it's simple but delicious.
The last dish is Peperoncino, which combines this tuna with Chinese ink.
It also looks beautiful!
Finally, to the sherbet,
I'll have the limoncello.
I love this thick, hard pudding.
It is said that only about 4% of customers eat all types of pasta...! I was completely satisfied.

The store has a nice atmosphere and the staff are courteous. I'm also thankful that it's open on Sundays 🎵 It was a restaurant with a solid concept that was very particular about the food. I was also happy to be able to choose the last 20g of pasta of my choice⭐It was delicious from start to finish!
