Meat soup udon medium size + carrot tempura

Apparently they also have Kansai-style udon with soup stock, but I ordered the most popular udon with gravy.
A large serving weighs 800g! This is impossible.
I think 450g of the medium size is a lot, but I ordered the medium size even though it was a little sunny. There was a long wait, probably because of the extra thick noodles.
The udon that came out was really thick and chewy, and to put it best, it was al dente and delicious. I like this noodle. As I eat more, I wonder if 800g is okay? ? I feel that is. 450g might not have been enough.
The soup stock doesn't have anything special.
Carrot tempura is simple and good.
The store staff is also very friendly and likable.
Next time I want to try udon with white soup stock. Especially the fox.

The menu says, "It's not Sanuki or Musashi," and that's certainly true. The white soup stock I received this time is Kansai-style, and the dried sardines are ramen-like. It came out about 5 minutes after I ordered it, but it didn't feel like it had been boiled and reheated, and it had a firm texture. I think the price is a little high, but the soup stock is strong and they use good ingredients. Another good thing is that there is a large parking lot.
By the way, who is the person on the climb? lol

This is my first visit

For now, I got the gravy udon, the beef tendon stew mini curry bowl, and the shrimp tempura udon.

The noodles were a little bit mixed with whole wheat flour and were stiff, but the noodles had a really strong texture and were chewy and quite delicious.

The gravy udon has a nice aroma of yuzu and the thick fried meat and green onion soup is nice.

I think the shrimp tempura udon has a good amount of tempura and is good value for money.

The mini curry bowl with beef tendon stew was filling and delicious.

One thing that bothered me was that the cold water was lukewarm, which may just be a coincidence, so that was a negative point for me personally.
I would like the cold water to be chilled.

Overall it was delicious so I would like to come back again.

Next time I would like to try Kasu Udon and Nagoya Cochin TKG.

postscript

I received Kasu udon and Nagoya Cochin TKG. It was delicious.

I especially appreciate Kasu Udon, which is hard to eat in the Kanto region.
