Since lunch was over, I ordered gravy udon (medium size/Hiya) with natto tempura and maitake tempura.
The dipping sauce is filled with meat, green onions, mushrooms, and other ingredients, making it very filling.
I ordered the udon noodles hiyamori, so they were chewy, but you can make them softer by soaking them in the dipping sauce, so you can enjoy the texture to your liking.
It was my first time eating nattoten, and it was delicious.
Both the udon and tempura were delicious.

After a long time, I burned calories by running around Saiko at Saiko Doman Green Park ^ ^
Next, to recharge my calories, I headed to Inaka Udon Tetsu on the outskirts of Kawagoe❗️
It seems difficult to ask if it's not a car. There are a few road riders on bicycles, but most of the customers come by car ^ ^
When I arrived at 11:45am and checked in, there were 4 groups of 6 people waiting. There is a quaint appearance that looks like a renovated house in the suburbs (*⁰▿⁰*)
The rotation was quick and I entered the store at 12:05. It was like being guided into the large hall of a house, and I was seated at a one-person table in front of the eaves.
I ordered udon with shellfish soup stock, tempura with broccoli and lotus root, Shimonita green onions, and chicken tempura ^ ^ I was a little too greedy (๑>◡◡

Ordered gravy udon and natto tempura
The udon is from Musashino, so it's very filling. Apparently they use shellfish stock for the gravy, so it had a different flavor than other restaurants and was delicious. The natto tempura was also good.

It was just before 12:00 on a weekday, so we didn't have to wait and were able to choose between a tatami room and a table.
I had gravy udon, and my partner had kake udon and conger eel tempura for lunch today.
The noodles had a good flour flavor and were served hot so they were just the right hardness and easy to eat. The gravy doesn't have the smell of pork and has plenty of mushrooms. It had a slightly sweet flavor, but I could slurp it all the way to the end without getting bored. I also added the rare natto tempura to make my stomach full.
The kake udon for lunch had an amazing flavor from the bonito stock, and it was the best udon soup I've had recently. I'm very satisfied and thank you for the meal.
On the way home, I noticed that there was a brown tortoise kept in front of the store, and I looked at it for a while and felt at ease.
