Our first dinner in Tokyo - the place is awesome, we had the “set” each person get 4 appetizers, one hot plate and udon with tempura. The size is big and the taste is wonderful. Service is attended and welcoming you.
Very good place . We came at 6:30 and there was no wait time. When we left at 8:00 there was small line.

Saw this restaurant from the bridge and were curious so we took a stroll and were pleasantly surprised it was an udon restaurant. The atmosphere is cozy, warm and inviting and the service was great, attentive and friendly. We both got the 2nd set menu. The cold appetizers were delicious. The second item is two hot appetizers, the braised pork was delicious. I wasn’t a fan of the Japanese omelette. The main entree was tempura with udon soup. All the tempura that came with the udon was good and the warm udon broth and thick noodles were delicious. The final item was ice cream dessert. Would recommend this place. We paid ¥3,000 for each set and got way more food than what we paid for.

One of the best restaurants I've been to in Tokyo. I got the Yamacho Hitotori set and it was well worth the 3000yen. The appetizers were delicious, especially the tofu and braised pork. The main dish (udon with sesame sauce) was amazing and the tempura were perfect. I heard theres usually a line, so I went went on a Tuesday evening a little before opening, but luckily there was no line at all! Ambiance was nice, service was great. I highly recommend getting the set, and not just the udon. The photos speak for themselves!
