The texture of cold udon is great!!! Udon tsukemen is on the gingery side and not to my taste. The cold green tea they served was so relieving on a hot autumn day! Queue also moved pretty fast! 30-45mins on cultural day.

Small shop in the basement of a building with many other restaurants. The udon noodles here are very good. The tempura is also perfect. I thought their champon udon was delicious

This is the best udon that we have had so far.
Broth is light yet flavourful. Not salty unlike the kind of udon we have been exposed to back home.
The beef udon is more flavourful than the tempura one if you like a more robust flavour. Both are recommended and the cost is less than 1500 yen per pax even with the addition of an onsen egg. (Can’t rmb the exact cost)
Be prepared to queue as it is popular with locals as well but the queue moves very fast.
