A new course Touma Toshiki has started.
The main dish, horse yakiniku, is grilled on an Iga-yaki ceramic plate.
There are 9 types: fin, upper string, kurashita, fin sagari, inner slap, skirt steak, outer slap, cinch, and shibire.
Even though it is thinly sliced, it has a great texture on the outside.
Juicy and soft lanterns
It's fun to be able to compare different parts of the body you're eating for the first time.
The one I thought was the most delicious was the skirt steak!
The deep flavor of the red meat and the juicy meat juice that overflows when you bite into it are the best (〃ω〃)
