Personal hit is liver butter. The sticky liver and the richness of butter are a good match. Eel blue cheese is also quite good. The grilled kaba was tasteless and had too much fat.
The highball for the eel seemed to be whiskey from an apple tree barrel and was delicious.
I personally think it's the best for the second restaurant, not the feeling of eating a whole lot. I want to go again.
