The food was good, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere during the evening is chic. Tried the tuna salad and can say it was amazing! The tuna was prepared as if it was meat and looked like a grilled steak. Their bouillabaisse was also nice from which the remaining soup stock can be made into risotto for an additional charge.

Seems a casual French bistro but, in reality, a quality restaurant with both taste and price. The range of wine is narrow and overpriced. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This place will shut down one day.. If you don’t speak English they will serve you the most expensive items and pretend it rains... not ok. You want get an itemised bill cause they rip you off..Don’t go here...

Located on the 2nd floor of Hibiya Midtown. The entrance is on the outside terrace and is a little difficult to find. Midtown is beautiful and I think the store has a nice atmosphere. I've heard the name Carb Dodge many times, but this may be the first time I've tried it. I ordered a bottle of Pinot Noir for 9,900 yen including tax. To be honest, I thought French and Italian wines were more delicious. I read in Tabelog that it was a collaboration restaurant with a Michelin chef, so perhaps my expectations were too high, but the food was disappointing. The gratin was delicious, but everything else wasn't that great. Michelin chefs aren't that deeply involved, are they? ? There was one person serving customers who was polite, but everyone else seemed rather sloppy.
Overall, I think it's better not to have too high expectations for Michelin restaurants and to go without raising the bar. Thank you for the meal.

There was wine from a brewery in Niigata Prefecture, and the name was cute. . (I wonder if it's correct, I remember it a little vaguely)
