Lovely restaurant on a nice street with very welcoming staff. This is Japanese bbq at it's best. All the cuts of meat were exceptionally tender and delicious. Japanese side dish vegetables were fresh and flavorful. We just don't get meat this good in the U.S.
The staff, including the owner, couldn't be nicer, helping us to choose a fantastic course menu and even helping us cook it on the tabletop grill. They have an excellent California Cabernet at a reasonable price that works perfectly with the meat. It was served in beautiful large glassware, which is not that common in Japan.
The evening was so magical we bought them all a glass. Great food and fun place!

This place is amazing. We were lucky enough to chance upon this restaurant during our visit from Australia and tonight we feel like we have eaten the finest wagyu steak of our lives. Beautifully cooked, tender beef with a delicious herb salad, fried garlic and eggplant- it was spectacular. And the service from the wait staff was very attentive and kind. Highly recommend.

A restaurant where you can eat fantastic Wagyu beef! !
The moment you put it in your mouth, the flavor of the meat fills your mouth, and you've never had yakiniku that made you so excited! !
A restaurant where you can eat precious bamboo vine beef and bushy beef.
Even though I don't know much about the parts of meat, she explained things to me in detail, and taught me how to make the meat delicious, so I ate all the recommended food to my heart's content!
This is the only restaurant where you can enjoy meat that is red in color yet soft and flavorful.
The carefully made desserts are delicious both in appearance and when you eat them.
There were also private rooms.
I think it would be great for celebrations and events!

A short walk from Sangubashi Station is a yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy Takenotani Tsurushi beef and Ibusana beef, which are only shipped around 10 a year.
The previous course was also attractive, but it has been renovated into a yakiniku restaurant where you can eat light and à la carte food.
Regular meat is said to be shipped after about two years, but today's meat was a 37-month-old vine cow!
I was surprised when I ate it for the first time, but even though the meat is red in color and doesn't have much marbling, it is soft and has a strong flavor.
The shank, which gives the impression of a stewed dish, is just the right amount of softness and has a good texture.
The meat and potatoes wrapped in mashed potatoes (?) that I saw in other reviews were also delicious.
The 100% vine beef hamburger is also recommended.
Only beef, onions, and salt are used.
Even without sauce or sauce, you can enjoy the flavor of the meat, which is different from yakiniku.
The final dessert is financier and milk gelato baked in-house.
Even when I'm full, I end up eating.
You can eat it easily with about 3 items, or eat it all in one go! It is also easy to use.
This restaurant is perfect for not only dining with friends, but also for dates, anniversaries, and dinner parties.
