In this area, most of the monjayaki restaurants serve raw ingredients, so the customer needs to cook it by them self. If you can't, just ask the waiter for a help. Some shops have English menu, but you need to ask or look at their announcement in front of the shop.

Amazing food! Lots of delicious options for topping. Worth the short travel to the island.
