This was such a great experience. General Manager, Kitasako Takashi made this very special. He explained the differences between the various cuts of some of the most memorable, luscious, beautiful meat that I’ve ever put in my mouth. I’m still thinking about how truly delicious every single bite was. You cannot go wrong. Extra special thanks to the chef. He took the time and care to prepare each piece to perfection. Seriously amazing. Thank you so much. This was our first meal in Tokyo. It blew our minds.
