Very good food. Training staff are super active and keen to serve. And you get a 20% off all items as they are in training. They do as well as all regular staff so that’s a free discount.
The only downside is that the restaurant is situated under the train track, so expect the frequent train noise.

This is a real gem for yakiniku for excellent beef and service. Go for the Premier Japanese wagyu beef and good value too. If serving is too much ask for 1/2 serving of each type. Order lettuce wraps and mushrooms. Finish with Korean rice in hotpot. Look for manager Kamo san who speaks English and make sure you get his recommendations.

I went to the Ginza 8 branch but couldnt find it on google so i will post a review here. We loved toraji! Food was delicious, good service, ambience is what we are looking for. probably one of the best yakiniku in tokyo at reasonable price of around 5000yen. The meats are really good quality, and side dishes such as the tofu chige soup, chijimi, ishiyaki bibimbap are great too. They have a lot of different branches, i suggest making reservations ahead of time.
